We are looking for a well-groomed, confident and customer-oriented Counter Sales Executive to join the team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their jewellery and gemstone requirements, presenting suitable products, explaining product features and assisting customers throughout the purchase journey.

The role requires excellent communication skills, a qualified personality and a genuine interest in luxury jewellery, gemstones and premium customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom/boutique.

Understand customer preferences, requirements and budget.

Present and explain jewellery, gemstones and related products to customers.

Provide accurate information regarding designs, gemstones, craftsmanship and product specifications.

Recommend suitable products based on customer needs and preferences.

Handle customer queries and provide a personalised buying experience.

Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.

Maintain an attractive and organised product display at the counter.

Coordinate with internal teams regarding product availability, customisation and customer requirements.

Assist with product inquiries, follow-ups and appointment coordination.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.

Support achievement of individual and showroom sales targets.

Ensure proper handling, security and presentation of high-value jewellery and gemstones.

Maintain the premium service standards expected from a luxury jewellery brand.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate preferred; candidates with relevant retail experience may also be considered.

1–4 years of experience in jewellery, luxury retail, gemstones,



fashion retail or premium counter sales preferred.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong customer-handling and convincing abilities.

Good sales and negotiation skills.

Presentable, confident and professionally groomed personality.

Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products.

Basic knowledge of jewellery/gemstones will be an advantage.

Comfortable working in a target-oriented retail environment.

Good command of Hindi and English; knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage.
