? Position: Costing Engineer

? Location: Bhiwandi

? Experience: Min 1 Year

? Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering

? Salary: Upto 40k

✅ Key Responsibilities

? Prepare product costing for sofas, chairs, recliners, and other upholstered furniture.

? Calculate material, labour, overhead, and manufacturing costs.

? Prepare and maintain BOM (Bill of Materials) and costing sheets.

? Estimate material consumption for fabric, leather, foam, wood, plywood, hardware, and other components.

? Coordinate with Design, Production, Purchase, Quality, and Sales teams.





? Conduct cost variance analysis and identify cost-reduction opportunities.

✅ Skills Required:

? Robust knowledge of product costing and cost accounting.

? Knowledge of BOM, material consumption, labour costing, overheads, and variance analysis.

? Strong MS Excel skills, including formulas and data analysis.

? Good analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

? Ability to understand technical drawings and manufacturing processes.

? Strong coordination, communication, and attention to detail.

? Knowledge of upholstered furniture manufacturing will be an added advantage.
