Sonisvision Corporates LLP is hiring a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Lawyer to join our legal team in Ajmer, Rajasthan.

We are looking for candidates with knowledge or experience in Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), including Trademark, Copyright, Patent, and Legal Drafting.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle trademark registration, examination reports, objections, and opposition matters.
- Assist with copyright registration and related legal documentation.
- Handle patent-related documentation and filing coordination.
- Prepare legal notices, agreements, contracts, and other legal drafts.
- Conduct legal research and analyse applicable laws and regulations.




- Assist in preparing responses to trademark objections and oppositions.
- Maintain client files, case records, and legal documentation.
- Coordinate with clients and ensure timely delivery of legal services.

Required Skills
- Degree in Law (LL.B. preferred).
- Knowledge of Trademark, Copyright, and Patent laws.
- Good legal drafting and research skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Freshers with relevant knowledge and a willingness to learn are welcome.
