Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, relationship-driven Corporate Relations Executive to spearhead our B2B hiring tie-ups and student placement operations. You will act as the direct face of CareerLadder to the IT industry—engaging with Talent Acquisition leads, HR heads, and technical recruiters to secure ongoing job openings, campus drives, and recruitment partnerships for our skilled students.

Key Responsibilities

- B2B Outreach &
- Tie-ups:

Identify, connect with, and build long-term hiring partnerships with IT product firms, service companies, and tech startups across Coimbatore, Chennai, and Bengaluru.

- Requirement Sourcing: Understand open mandates from partner companies (Full Stack, Python, Data Analytics, Cloud, QA, AI) and pitch tailored student batches to fill these pipelines.

- Drive Execution &

- Coordination:

Plan and manage end-to-end placement drives—coordinating online coding assessments, virtual interviews, and on-site recruitment sessions.

- Candidate Screening &

- Shortlisting:

Review student resumes, portfolios, and technical readiness against company job descriptions before submitting profiles to recruiters.

- Interview Follow-ups &

- Closure:

Coordinate student interview slots, track stage-by-stage results, gather detailed recruiter feedback, and ensure smooth offer letter release and onboarding.





- Pipeline Tracking: Maintain meticulous daily and weekly records of corporate leads, scheduled drives, candidate shortlists, and placement conversion rates.

Qualifications &

- Skills

- Experience: 1 to 4 years of experience in Corporate Relations, EdTech placements, IT recruitment, or B2B client acquisition.

- Industry Network: Existing network or direct contacts with IT recruiters, HR managers, and hiring consultancies in South India is a strong advantage.

- Tech Awareness: Solid high-level understanding of IT job roles, standard tech stacks, and industry hiring standards.

- Communication &
- Pitching:

Strong verbal and written communication, persuasive presentation skills, and the ability to negotiate with corporate decision-makers.

- Education: Any Bachelor's or Master's degree (B.E./B.Tech, BBA, MBA in HR/Marketing or related fields preferred).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
