Role Description The Corporate & Commercial Legal Executive will handle day-to-day legal activities, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, corporate documents, and compliance-related agreements for AMN Life’s global operations. This role will support business teams by providing practical legal advice on corporate, commercial, and property-related matters, ensuring adherence to pharmaceutical and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining legal documentation, assisting with due diligence,



managing conveyancing and property transactions, coordinating with external counsel and regulatory authorities, and supporting internal policy development. The position is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams at the headquarters and other locations.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Law, with proven experience in corporate and commercial legal work.
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements.
- Ability to provide clear, practical Legal Advice to internal stakeholders across business functions.
- Knowledge of Property Law and experience in Conveyancing for commercial and industrial properties.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LL.B/LL.M) from a recognized institution; enrolment with the appropriate Bar Council is preferred.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, life sciences, or regulated industries is an advantage.
- Familiarity with corporate compliance, regulatory frameworks, and contract lifecycle management.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Robust organizational skills and capacity to manage multiple matters simultaneously within defined timelines.
