Role & responsibilities

- Lead Data Migration Projects: Oversee the end-to-end data migration process, including scoping, planning, execution, testing, and implementation.

- Data Mapping and Transformation: Define and design data mapping from legacy systems to recent core banking systems.

- Data Quality Assurance: Lead data validation and reconciliation efforts post-migration to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the migrated data.

- Stakeholder Management: Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to understand data migration requirements and manage expectations.

- Testing and Troubleshooting: Plan and execute data migration testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.

- Documentation and Compliance: Document data migration processes, methodologies, and ensure compliance with regulations.

- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with data migration activities.

- Team Leadership and Mentoring: Lead and mentor junior team members involved in data migration activities.
