Job Title: Copy Writer Band – M1

We are looking for a creative and culturally aware Copywriter proficient in Tamil and English to develop engaging marketing content across digital, print, and video platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling skills, a deep understanding of Tamil – speaking audience, and the ability to create compelling, brand-aligned content that drives engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create compelling copy for advertisements, marketing campaigns, brochures, landing pages, emailers, and social media.
- Develop scripts for YouTube videos, reels, promotional films, and other video content.
- Create persuasive and culturally relevant content tailored to the Tamil- speaking audience.
- Translate and adapt content between Tamil and English while maintaining contextual accuracy.
- Collaborate with research, strategy, design, and marketing teams to develop creative campaigns.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure grammatical accuracy and brand consistency.
- Develop SEO-friendly content using relevant keywords and digital marketing best practices.




- ·Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaign ideas and brand storytelling.·
- Stay updated on market trends, digital platforms, and audience preferences.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of skilled experience in copywriting, advertising, or content development.
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills in Tamil and English.
- Strong storytelling, editing, proofreading, and creative writing abilities.
- Ability to develop persuasive and conversion-focused marketing content.
- Understanding of digital marketing, SEO fundamentals, and social media platforms.
- Experience in creating content for digital advertisements, print media, and video scripts.
- Strong research, conceptual thinking, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to understand audience preferences and create culturally relevant content.

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
