Key Responsibilities

- Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, tea, snacks, and other meals as per the prescribed menu.

- Ensure food is fresh, hygienic, nutritious, and prepared according to staff requirements.

- Plan daily menus and estimate the quantity of ingredients required.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, cooking utensils, gas stove, and food preparation areas.

- Check the quality and freshness of vegetables, groceries, spices, and other food items.

- Maintain proper storage of food items and prevent wastage.

- Coordinate with the Admin Department for grocery purchases and kitchen requirements.

- Ensure meals are served on time according to the company’s schedule.

- Follow food safety, personal hygiene, and kitchen safety standards.

- Maintain records of grocery consumption and inform the Admin Department about stock requirements.

- Ensure proper disposal of kitchen waste and maintain a clean dining area.

- Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned by the management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
