- 57 years of experience in a Contracts Department.
- Experience in real estate, residential high-rise, or commercial construction projects is preferred.
- Solid knowledge of tendering, commercial negotiations, rate analysis, and contract administration.
- Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and negotiation skills.
