Position: Assistant Manager / Manager – Contracts
Experience: 7 - 12+ years of experience
Minimum Requirement:
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering (MBA preferred).
- 7–12 years of relevant experience in Contracts with real estate developers.
- Strong experience in residential high-rise projects.
- Hands-on expertise in tendering, BOQ, rate analysis, subcontractor management, billing, and cost control.
- Current location: Mumbai/Thane preferred.
- Notice period: 0–60 days preferred; 90 days less preferable.
Skills: Robust expertise in contract management, tendering, BOQ preparation, rate analysis, cost estimation and control, subcontractor management, billing, commercial negotiations, claims and variation management, and contract compliance, with hands-on experience in residential high-rise projects.
