Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and motivated Online Marketing & Content Writer to manage digital content, promote recruitment services, enhance brand visibility, and generate business leads through online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Write engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and YouTube.
- Create job posts, recruitment advertisements, promotional posts, captions, and marketing content.
- Manage social media accounts and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
- Develop content to promote faculty recruitment, corporate hiring, and placement services.
- Write SEO-friendly website content, blogs, and articles.
- Research trending topics, relevant hashtags, and competitor activities.
- Assist in planning and executing online marketing campaigns.
- Create attractive social media creatives using Canva or similar tools.
- Monitor social media engagement, reach, and lead generation.
- Support business development through digital marketing and online brand promotion.





Required Skills
- Excellent written communication and content-writing skills.
- Knowledge of social media marketing and digital platforms.
- Basic understanding of SEO, keywords, and hashtags.
- Creativity in writing promotional and recruitment content.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and graphic design tools.
- Knowledge of AI writing tools, such as ChatGPT, is an advantage.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple assignments.

Educational Qualifications Graduate in English, Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or any relevant field. Candidates with strong writing and digital marketing skills may also apply.
