About the Role

Cylabz Digital Solutions is looking for a creative, talented, and trend-savvy Content Writer & Copywriter to join our growing digital marketing team.

We are looking for someone who can create engaging, original, and audience-focused content in both English and Malayalam across social media, websites, blogs, and digital advertising campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for storytelling, creative advertising, social media trends, and moment marketing, with the ability to transform everyday ideas and trending topics into impactful brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

Content Writing & Copywriting

- Create engaging content in English and Malayalam.
- Write creative headlines, taglines, captions, and advertising copy.
- Develop content for social media posters, carousels, reels, and campaigns.
- Write website content, landing pages, blogs, and SEO-friendly articles.
- Create persuasive copy for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and promotional campaigns.
- Adapt content to different brands, industries, and target audiences.

Creative & Moment Marketing

- Identify trending topics, viral content, and relevant current events.
- Develop creative moment marketing concepts for brands.
- Generate innovative campaign ideas and promotional content.
- Create engaging hooks, storytelling concepts, and reel scripts.
- Collaborate with designers and marketing teams to execute creative campaigns.
- Develop original content that connects with audiences and encourages engagement.

SEO & AI-Assisted Content Creation

- Conduct basic keyword research and understand search intent.
- Create SEO-friendly, well-structured website content and blogs.
- Understand content optimization for SEO, AEO, and AI-powered search.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and other writing assistants responsibly for research, brainstorming, and content improvement.
- Review, fact-check,



and humanize AI-assisted content to ensure accuracy, originality, and brand consistency.
- Maintain content quality, readability, and appropriate brand tone.

Content Planning & Collaboration

- Support monthly social media content calendars.
- Research competitors, audience interests, and industry trends.
- Coordinate with SEO specialists, graphic designers, and social media teams.
- Proofread and edit content before publication.
- Manage multiple content assignments and meet deadlines.

Required Skills
- Strong writing skills in both English and Malayalam.
- Creative copywriting and storytelling abilities.
- Excellent grammar, proofreading, and editing skills.
- Positive understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and digital marketing content.
- Ability to generate creative ideas based on current trends and moment marketing.
- Basic understanding of SEO content writing.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation tools.
- Strong research skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in content writing, copywriting, or digital marketing.
- Previous digital marketing agency experience is an advantage.
- Experience creating social media campaigns and advertisement copy.
- Knowledge of SEO, AEO, and content marketing.
- Ability to write engaging Malayalam advertising content.
- A portfolio of writing samples or creative campaigns is preferred.
