Role & Responsibilities

- Own monthly content calendars across Instagram, YouTube, website, and paid ads.

- Plan fashion collection launches, festive campaigns, and wedding-season content.

- Direct photoshoots and manage creative briefs, styling, mood boards, and shot lists.

- Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, and marketing teams to deliver quality creatives on time.

- Write and review captions, hooks, scripts, and product copy in English and Hindi.

- Create engaging Reels, carousels, Stories, and ad creatives.

- Track content performance using engagement, saves, shares, watch time, and CTR.

- Maintain content archives and ensure consistent brand communication.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in content strategy, creative direction, brand content, or content management.

- Experience with fashion,



ethnic wear, apparel, beauty, or lifestyle brands.

- Proven ownership of content calendars and campaign planning.

- Solid understanding of Instagram trends, Reels, carousels, and short-form video.

- Excellent English and Hindi copywriting skills.

- Hands-on experience with Canva and CapCut; Adobe knowledge is a plus.

- Experience directing shoots and coordinating designers, videographers, and creative teams.

- Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.

- Portfolio or links to previously managed accounts and campaigns are mandatory.

- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.
