Role Description The Content Management Specialist is a full-time role based in Lucknow with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work from home. This role is responsible for planning, creating, organizing, and maintaining digital content across websites, social media, and other marketing channels to support client campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include managing content calendars, coordinating with designers and marketers, uploading and updating content in CMS platforms, and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

The specialist will analyze content performance, optimize assets for SEO and engagement,



and contribute to strategy discussions with the account and performance marketing teams. The role also involves documentation of processes, quality checks for accuracy and tone, and timely communication with internal teams and clients.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong content planning, creation, and editing skills, including experience managing web pages, blogs, and social media assets.
- Candidates should possess skills in content management systems (CMS), basic HTML formatting, and organizing digital assets within structured workflows.
- Candidates should possess understanding of digital marketing, including SEO principles, social media best practices, and performance-focused content optimization.
