Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Creator role based in Delhi, with a salary up to 35,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

The Content

Creator will be responsible for developing engaging written, visual, and multimedia content for CareerBloc’s digital channels, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns. Day-to-day tasks may include brainstorming content ideas, scripting and creating short-form videos or posts, drafting articles and captions, and adapting content to different platforms and audiences. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to align content with key initiatives,



ensuring that messaging is clear, inclusive, and consistent.

Creator is expected to stay updated on trends relevant to job seekers and career development, and contribute creative input to enhance CareerBloc’s brand presence.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in content creation, including writing clear and engaging copy for digital platforms.
- Ability to conceptualize and produce short-form content such as social media posts, reels, and basic video scripts.
- Comfort with common digital tools (e.g., social media platforms, basic design or video editing software) and willingness to learn new tools as needed.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and accept constructive feedback.
- Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of or interest in career development, education, or job market trends is an advantage.
- Relevant coursework, training, or experience in content creation, media, communications, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
- Openness to continuous learning and professional growth, regardless of formal degree or previous job titles.
