Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and trend-aware Content Creator Intern to develop engaging digital content for JCB Salons.

The role offers hands-on experience in short-form video creation, salon shoots, beauty and hairstyling trends, and social-first storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

- Conceptualise content ideas for Instagram Reels, Stories, posts and other social media formats.
- Research trending audio, Reel formats, beauty and hairstyling trends, and relevant content opportunities.
- Assist with shooting videos and photographs featuring salon services, hair transformations, treatments and customer experiences.
- Create and edit short-form videos using tools such as Canva, CapCut or similar applications.
- Develop creative hooks, captions, scripts and visual concepts that reflect the JCB Salons brand.
- Coordinate with salon managers, hairstylists and the marketing team to plan and execute content shoots.
- Create before-and-after transformation content and repurpose existing assets into engaging social content.
- Support the content calendar by organising assets and preparing content for review and publishing.
- Make revisions based on feedback and coordinate approvals with the marketing team.
- Review content performance and share learnings on formats that drive views, reach and engagement.

Required Skills

- Strong creativity and an interest in digital content creation.




- Positive understanding of Instagram Reels, Stories and current social media trends.
- Basic knowledge of video shooting, editing and visual storytelling.
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut or similar editing tools is preferred.
- Positive communication, coordination and time-management skills.
- Curiosity, willingness to experiment and openness to feedback.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduation in any discipline is mandatory.
- Freshers with a strong interest in content creation and social media may apply.
- Candidates with sample Reels, video edits, creative projects or a portfolio will be preferred.
- An interest in beauty, hairstyling, fashion and lifestyle content is an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
