About the Role We are looking for a creative and hands-on Content Creator & Video Editor who can bring ideas to life through engaging videos and visual storytelling.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable recording videos, capturing behind-the-scenes moments, shooting project walkthroughs, and editing raw footage into engaging Reels, short videos, and other social media content.

Key Responsibilities

- Video Shooting: Record Reels, project walkthroughs, behind-the-scenes videos, interviews, team activities, and other content using a smartphone or camera.
- Video Editing: Edit raw footage into engaging Reels, short-form videos, YouTube videos, and other social media content.
- Content Creation: Develop creative video concepts based on interior design projects, styling, materials, trends, and brand activities.
- Visual Storytelling: Capture design details, textures, furniture, lighting, and unique elements of interior spaces.
- Reels & Short Videos: Create engaging videos using transitions, effects, music, text overlays, subtitles, and voiceovers.
- Photo & Video Editing: Enhance photos and footage through colour correction, basic retouching, lighting adjustments, and visual improvements.
- Content Preparation: Add suitable hooks, titles,



captions, audio, and other elements to make videos engaging and platform-ready.
- Trend Research: Stay updated with trending Reels formats, editing styles, audio, and creative video techniques.
- Team Collaboration: Work with interior designers and the creative team to understand projects and convert ideas into visual content.
- Content Organisation: Maintain organised footage, project files, edited videos, and content assets.
- Quality Control: Ensure videos are visually appealing, properly formatted, and delivered within deadlines.

Essential Skills & Tools Candidates should have hands-on knowledge of, or a strong willingness to learn, the following tools:
- Video Editing: CapCut, VN Video Editor, Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Graphic Design & Text Overlays: Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
- Photo Editing: Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Content Creation: Smartphone video recording, camera basics, framing, composition, lighting, and audio recording.
- Video Techniques: Cutting, trimming, transitions, colour correction, sound synchronisation, subtitles, and basic motion graphics.
- File Management: Organising footage, project files, and exported videos.

Candidates are not expected to master every tool. Strong practical skills in at least one video editing tool, along with good visual sense and a willingness to learn, are essential.

What We’re Looking For

- 0–4 years of experience in video editing, content creation, videography, or a related field.




- Freshers and interns with relevant skills and a strong portfolio are welcome.
- Creativity and an eye for detail, composition, lighting, and aesthetics.
- Ability to shoot and edit videos independently or learn to do so with guidance.
- Understanding of Instagram Reels, short-form videos, and social media formats.
- Interest in interiors, architecture, photography, styling, or visual storytelling.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Willingness to learn, experiment, take feedback, and improve creative output.
- Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines.

Good to Have
- Experience creating Reels or videos for Instagram, YouTube, or other social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of DSLR or mirrorless cameras, lenses, and camera settings.
- Experience with gimbals, tripods, microphones, and basic lighting equipment.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation using Adobe After Effects.
- Photography skills and an understanding of colour grading.
- An interest in interior design, luxury spaces, architecture, and lifestyle content.
- A personal portfolio, Instagram page, YouTube channel, or sample editing projects.

Other Details
- Location: Viman Nagar, Pune
- Work Mode: On-site; working from the office is mandatory.
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Compensation: Based on skills, experience, and practical assessment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
