You will hold supportive, one-on-one conversations that help people feel heard, understand their patterns, and move forward with greater clarity in relationships, personal growth, and life decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Build rapport in the first minutes of every conversation, so users feel comfortable opening up.
- Practise active and reflective listening: paraphrase, validate emotions without judgment, and ask open-ended questions that help users explore their own thoughts.
- Guide users toward their own insights and realistic next steps, rather than giving direct advice or telling them what to do.
- Adapt your tone and approach to each user’s emotional state, cultural background, and communication style across the US, UK, Canada, and Australia.
- Handle sensitive conversations with empathy, patience, and strict confidentiality.
