Job Title: Consultant Software Engineer (Business Analyst - Transfer Agency)

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 11-16 Years

We are seeking a Techno-Functional Business Analyst with strong expertise in the Transfer Agency domain and Multifonds Transfer Agency (MFTA). The ideal candidate will have experience working in Agile environments, gathering business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and supporting application delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Work closely with business users, stakeholders, and development teams.
- Support Agile delivery, Scrum ceremonies, and project coordination.
- Create and execute functional testing scenarios.
- Identify process improvements and optimize business workflows.
- Support application management, change, and release activities.
- Ensure timely delivery of project artifacts and solutions.

Required Skills:

- 11-16 years of Business Analyst experience.
- Robust Transfer Agency domain knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with Multifonds Transfer Agency (MFTA), including recent modules.
- Agile/Scrum project experience.




- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of SQL and Release Management processes.

Preferred:

- Scrum Master certification.
- Experience in Funds Processing/Fund Administration.
- Exposure to application support and production management.
