- Planning • Develop detailed method statements and work procedures for complex construction activities.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with construction methods. Lift Planning &
- Coordination • Develop and implement lifting plans for all crane operations, ensuring alignment with project requirements, safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Coordinate the selection and mobilization of appropriate cranes and lifting equipment for each lift.
- Conduct site assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure the lifting area is safe for operations.
- Ensure the load charts and lifting capacities of cranes are fully understood and adhered to during the planning and execution stages. Documentation • Ensure that all lifting documentation is completed accurately, including lifting permits, risk assessments, and method statements.
- Maintain records of lifting operations, including lift plans, equipment inspections, safety audits, and incident reports.

- Master in Structural Engineering Language Skills English EXPERIENCE Years of Experience 15 with oversees experience Nature of Experience Experience in construction methodology, engineering, and project management within the construction industry including heavy lifting, bridge Installation, Modular construction, Precast handling, Industrial equipment handling, Heavy transport and Modular heavy lift service.
