About the Role

We are looking for a technically strong and practical Computer Science Faculty / Trainer / Instructor who can help college students develop real-world computer science skills through hands-on learning, coding exercises and project-based training. The role involves not only conducting training sessions but also developing learning materials, designing practical assignments and helping students build projects that demonstrate their technical abilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct practical training sessions in programming, computer science fundamentals and relevant technical subjects.
- Develop hands-on exercises, coding challenges, debugging activities and mini-projects for college students.
- Convert theoretical concepts into practical applications that students can understand and implement.
- Design project-based learning activities with clear objectives, deliverables and evaluation criteria.
- Prepare coding examples, lab materials, assignments, project guidelines and assessment rubrics.
- Guide students through the process of building, testing, debugging and improving their projects.
- Identify students' learning gaps and provide individual guidance to improve their technical skills.
- Develop reusable learning content, practical modules and project templates for delivery across multiple colleges.




- Coordinate with the internal team to align training content with college requirements and industry expectations.
- Track student participation, project completion, assessment performance and learning outcomes.
- Support the development and improvement of digital learning content and LMS-based training activities.
- Continuously improve training methods based on student feedback and project outcomes.

Required Skills

- Strong fundamentals in programming and computer science.
- Practical coding ability in Python, C, Java or other relevant programming languages.
- Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, databases and problem-solving.
- Ability to design and guide small, practical software projects.
- Valuable communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Willingness to work in a startup environment and contribute beyond classroom delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
- Experience in teaching, technical training, mentoring or software project development.
- Familiarity with Git, development environments, coding platforms and LMS tools.
- Exposure to AI/ML, web development or other emerging technical domains is an advantage.

Ideal Candidate: Someone who enjoys coding, building projects and helping students learn by doing — not someone who relies only on presentations and theoretical explanations.

Pay: ₹9,300.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Chennai, Tamil Nadu
