About the Role

We are hiring a dedicated Computer Operator to support operations in our manpower services firm.

This role is ideal for candidates with up to 3 years of experience who are looking to build a career in administration and workforce management.

Key Responsibilities

Handle data entry and maintain employee/client records.

Prepare and update manpower deployment reports.

Assist in documentation and compliance processes.

Generate MIS reports and maintain digital files.

Coordinate with HR and operations teams for smooth workflow.

Requirements

Graduate degree/diploma (preferred in Computer Applications/Commerce/IT).

0–3 years of experience in computer operations or data entry.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Strong typing speed and accuracy.

Positive communication skills in English and Hindi.

Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
