Qualification : Minimum Qualification is at least graduation,

Job Responsibilities

- Full responsibility for ensuring compliance under various labour laws including BOCW, CLRA, Shop, Factory.
- Timely registration, renewal, and amendments of licenses update tracker/MIS for due dates and actions
- Manage and submit all statutory returns; ensure display and maintenance of statutory notices/registers
- Coordinate and resolve PF/ESI queries including withdrawals, death claims, transfers, etc.




- Maintain qualified alliances with clients at all levels
- Handle client grievances, coordinate with internal registration, payroll, and backend teams
- Guide and audit vendor compliance invoice checks, headcount reporting, document validation
- Prepare monthly vendor reports, bonus calculations, cost analysis, and budgeting for off-roll employees
- Travel to client site, labour office, or government departments as neededeven on short notice
- Handle labour department inspections or notices end-to-end till resolution.
