About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced skilled to manage MCA/ROC filings, company and LLP incorporation, statutory compliances, corporate documentation, and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities: Handle annual and event-based MCA/ROC filings, LLP compliances, Board Resolutions, minutes, statutory registers, compliance calendars, and end-to-end client assignments.
Eligibility: 4–5 years of practical experience in corporate compliance, preferably with a CA/CS or legal firm. Strong knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, LLP compliances, drafting, and the MCA portal is essential.
Important: CS qualification is preferred but NOT mandatory. Candidates with strong practical experience are encouraged to apply.
Salary: As per industry standards and experience.
