Role Description The Commission Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role involves identifying and approaching potential customers, presenting product ranges, and promoting chemical intermediates, solvents, and specialty chemicals to businesses.

The associate will manage client relationships, negotiate pricing and contractual terms, and follow up on leads to convert opportunities into sales. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate sales records,



coordinating with internal teams for order processing and delivery, and monitoring market trends and competitor activities. The role is commission-based, requiring a strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets while providing responsive, professional service to clients.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated sales skills in B2B or industrial sectors, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Knowledge of chemical products or related technical fields, with the ability to understand product specifications and applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and sustain long-term customer relationships.
- Basic proficiency in CRM tools or sales tracking systems, along with solid organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven approach with the ability to work independently and handle in office client visits.
- Prior experience in chemical trading, industrial sales, or allied industries is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, chemistry, engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
