- The Commi will work closely with our experienced chefs to deliver high-quality dining experiences to our guests

Responsibilities

- Food Preparation:Execute the preparation of various Indian dishes, ensuring adherence to recipes and quality standards

- Handle and prepare a variety of ingredients, spices, and herbs specific to Indian cuisine

- Assist in the planning and coordination of daily kitchen tasks

- Cooking and Presentation:Cook and present dishes according to established recipes and presentation guidelines

- Monitor cooking processes to ensure dishes are prepared with precision and consistency





- Contribute creative ideas for enhancing the presentation and taste of Indian dishes

- Quality Control:Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety in the kitchen

- Conduct regular quality checks on ingredients and finished dishes

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to address any quality or consistency issues promptly

- Team Collaboration:Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and productive daily operations

- Communicate effectively with chefs and kitchen management to coordinate tasks and responsibilities

- Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff as needed

- Menu Development:Stay updated on current trends in Indian cuisine and contribute ideas for menu development

- Collaborate with the culinary team to create new and innovative Indian dishes

- Provide input on portion sizes, pricing, and menu planning
