The duty of a comi 1st is assist the demi chef de partie to make meal and set all mis en place as per the menu. Control and train the comi 2, comi 3rd and kitchen trainees

Qualification:-Comi 1st must have minimum 4 to 5 year experience in star hotels or classified restaurants.
