Job Title: Commercial Truck Insurance Executiive

Location: Ludhiana

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial truck insurance clients, including owner-operators, small fleets, and logistics companies.
- Assess client needs and tailor coverage options such as primary liability, physical damage, cargo, and general liability.
- Prepare and present competitive quotes from multiple carriers.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with underwriters to secure the best value for clients.
- Maintain compliance with FMCSA and state insurance regulations.
- Build long-term relationships with trucking business owners, dispatchers, and fleet managers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance, renewals, and claims support.

Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in commercial truck or transportation insurance (agency, broker,



or underwriting background preferred).
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C;) license in at least one U.S. state (multi-state licensing a plus).
- Strong understanding of trucking coverages, DOT/FMSCA requirements, and insurance carriers in the trucking market.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or retention goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
- Experience with AMS/CRM systems and comparative rating tools a plus.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
