Purchase and Vendor Coordination Coordinate with procurement for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.

Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers and vendors.

Monitor purchase orders, delivery schedules, and payment terms.

1. Production and Supply Chain Coordination

Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC),



and Warehouse departments. Ensure product availability according to market demand.

Monitor inventory, expiry dates, stock movement, and product dispatches.

1. Regulatory and Documentation Compliance

Coordinate with regulatory teams to ensure compliance with applicable cosmetic regulations. Ensure commercial documents, invoices, purchase orders, and sales records are maintained properly.

Coordinate GST, e-invoicing, and other applicable tax requirements with the finance team
