B Safal Renewable Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Collection Officer with experience in the banking or financial services sector. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with clients, following up on pending payments and documentation, resolving payment-related queries, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding dues.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact clients to follow up on outstanding payments and overdue accounts.
- Coordinate with customers to collect pending payments and required documents.
- Maintain regular communication with clients through phone calls, emails and other communication channels.
- Track payment commitments and ensure timely follow-up until dues are cleared.
- Identify reasons for payment delays and coordinate with the concerned departments to resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records of outstanding amounts, collection status, client communication and payment updates.
- Verify pending documentation and coordinate with clients to obtain the necessary documents.
- Prepare regular collection reports and provide updates to management.
- Build professional relationships with clients while ensuring effective payment recovery.
- Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of client and financial information.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline; a degree in Commerce, Finance or Business Administration is preferred.
- 1–4 years of experience in the banking, NBFC, loan collection, financial services or payment recovery sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle clients professionally and resolve payment-related concerns.
- Good knowledge of payment tracking, documentation and collection processes.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel, email and financial record management.
- Target-oriented approach with strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with experience in banking collections, loan recovery, EMI follow-ups, overdue payments or customer account management will be preferred.
- Candidates who can confidently communicate with clients and ensure timely submission of pending documents and payments.
- Candidates with a professional attitude, persistence and robust client-handling skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
