Role Description The Co-founder with investment role is a full-time remote position responsible for jointly shaping the strategic direction, operations, and growth of C100R Advisors Pvt Ltd. This role involves contributing capital to the business while actively participating in building service offerings, refining business models, and expanding market presence.

Day-to-day activities include collaborating on business and financial planning, overseeing consulting and training initiatives, developing partnerships, and driving client acquisition and retention.



The Co-founder will work closely with the core team to design new programs, improve delivery frameworks, and ensure alignment with the company’s mission and values. This role requires hands-on involvement in decision-making, performance tracking, and scaling the organization in a sustainable and impact-focused manner.

- Excellent communication abilities for stakeholder engagement, client interactions, and team collaboration.
- Sales skills to support business development, client acquisition, and partnership building.

- Prior experience in consulting, startup leadership, or entrepreneurship, preferably in business or training domains.
- Capability to invest financial resources and commit to long-term strategic involvement in the company.
- Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities in dynamic environments.
- Comfort working in a remote, collaborative setup with high ownership and accountability.
- Relevant degree in business, management, finance, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory if experience is robust.
