About VoiceCoach AI

VoiceCoach AI is an AI-powered communication coach designed to help students, freshers and professionals communicate with greater clarity and confidence.

Our platform helps users practise AI mock interviews, group discussions, public speaking and other communication scenarios, with features designed to provide feedback and help users improve over time.

Our vision is to make high-quality communication coaching more accessible, practical and affordable, particularly for people preparing for interviews, campus placements and career opportunities.

We are at an early stage, with an initial user base and plenty of room to grow. Now, I want to bring the right person on board to help turn this vision into an established brand.

Why I'm looking for a co-founder?

I'm not looking for just another employee or someone who only executes assigned tasks. I'm looking for a partner who brings a different perspective, challenges assumptions, thinks creatively and genuinely wants to build something meaningful.

I believe two committed minds with complementary strengths can solve problems better, move faster and build a stronger business than one person working alone.

What you could work on?

Depending on your strengths and experience, you could take ownership of areas such as:

- Business strategy:



Help define our long-term vision, positioning and business model.
- Growth and marketing: Develop creative ways to acquire users, improve activation and build a strong brand.
- Product and technology: Help improve the product, prioritise features and identify opportunities to make AI coaching more valuable.
- Partnerships: Explore collaborations with colleges, placement cells, educators, companies and other relevant communities.
- Business development: Identify revenue opportunities, customer segments and potential distribution channels.
- Strategic thinking: Challenge existing ideas, identify new opportunities and help make important business decisions.

You do not need to be an expert in every area. What matters is that you bring meaningful strengths, take responsibility and are willing to learn. Who would be a good fit?

Current stage and compensation





Transparency is important: VoiceCoach AI is currently pre-revenue. This is an early-stage co-founder opportunity, not a salaried position, and there is no guaranteed immediate salary.

We can discuss an appropriate founder-equity arrangement based on our respective responsibilities, time commitment, contributions, risks and long-term involvement.

As the business grows and begins generating sustainable revenue or secures funding, we can discuss founder compensation, including the possibility of salaries, in line with the company's financial position and a mutually agreed arrangement.

Equity, responsibilities, decision-making and future compensation will be discussed openly and documented formally before finalising the partnership. No particular equity percentage or future income is promised in advance.
