Role Description The Co-Founder (Net Zero Finance Solutions) will play a key leadership role in shaping and scaling climate-focused financial products and services within Net Zero Think. This full-time hybrid position is based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for partial work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing net-zero finance solutions for corporate, institutional, and public sector clients; leading financial modeling and climate risk assessments; and collaborating with sustainability and technical teams to align financial offerings with emissions reduction strategies.

The role involves building strategic partnerships with financial institutions, investors, and key stakeholders, driving business development and revenue growth, and representing the company in client engagements, conferences, and industry forums.



The Co-Founder will also help define the long-term vision, set operational priorities, and build a high-performing team to deliver innovative, credible, and impactful climate finance solutions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills, with experience in financial modeling, data interpretation, and climate or sustainability-related analysis.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex financial and climate concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to develop go-to-market strategies, nurture client relationships, and grow climate finance offerings.
- Candidates should possess Research skills to stay current on climate policy, sustainable finance regulations, carbon markets, and emerging net-zero methodologies.
- Advanced understanding of sustainable finance, ESG investing, or climate risk management; prior experience in banking, consulting, impact investing, or climate solutions is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to co-create strategy, build teams, and operate in a fast-paced, mission-driven setting.
- Relevant academic background in Finance, Economics, Business, Sustainability, Environmental Studies, or related fields; postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setup in Bengaluru, with the flexibility to attend in-person meetings, client sessions, and stakeholder events as needed.
