Role Description The Co-Founder will play a hands-on leadership role in shaping the strategic direction, operations, and growth of Monkey Mind Media. This full-time position is on-site in the Greater Chennai Area and involves working closely with the existing team to refine the company vision, develop new service offerings, and build long-term client relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing business development activities, contributing to marketing and sales strategies, and supporting creative decision-making for key projects.

The Co-Founder will help manage budgets, set performance goals,



and streamline workflows to ensure efficient delivery of high-quality media solutions. This role also includes hiring and talent development, representing the brand at industry events, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive studio culture.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret market trends, evaluate performance metrics, and inform data-driven business decisions.
- Excellent Communication skills for internal alignment, client presentations, negotiation, and building lasting partnerships.
- Proven Sales experience in identifying opportunities, managing pipelines, closing deals, and nurturing client accounts.
- Marketing expertise in brand positioning, digital campaigns, audience engagement, and growth strategies.
- Solid Research abilities to explore new markets, understand client industries, and stay updated on media and digital trends.
- Prior entrepreneurial, startup, or leadership experience in media, creative, or digital sectors is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Chennai Area, collaborate effectively in a small team, and adapt to a fast-evolving environment.
- Background in business, marketing, communications, media production, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience is valued.
