Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled VMC Operator to operate Vertical Machining Centre (VMC) machines and manufacture components as per engineering drawings and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate VMC machines as per production requirements.
- Read and understand engineering drawings.
- Load and unload components and perform machine operations.
- Monitor machining processes and maintain production quality.
- Inspect components using Vernier calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
- Perform basic tool and offset adjustments as required.
- Maintain production targets and follow safety procedures.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and 5S standards.





Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in VMC machine operation.
- Knowledge of engineering drawings and machining processes.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments.
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
