Key Responsibilities1. Operate CNC press brake and sheet metal bending machines as per job requirements.
- Read engineering drawings and identify bending angles, dimensions and bend sequences.
- Select and install the correct punch, die and tooling for each job.
- Set bending parameters, back gauge positions and machine programs.
- Perform trial bending and verify the required angle and dimensions before mass production.
- Check finished components for bending accuracy, deformation, scratches and dimensional defects.
- Handle MS, SS, GI and aluminium sheet metal components safely.
- Coordinate with the laser cutting and fabrication teams to meet production targets.
- Maintain production records, tooling condition and machine cleanliness. Follow machine safety instructions and report breakdowns or abnormalities to the supervisor.

Skills· . Practical knowledge of CNC press brake and bending machine operation. · Ability to read engineering drawings and interpret bending symbols. · Knowledge of bend allowance, bend deduction and springback is desirable. · Ability to use vernier calipers, angle gauges and measuring instruments. Knowledge of tooling selection, machine setup and quality inspection
