We are looking for an experienced CNC Bending Machine Operator to operate CNC bending machines, perform sheet metal bending operations, and ensure product quality as per technical drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor CNC bending machines for sheet metal bending operations.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, and bending specifications.
- Set up machines, select appropriate tools, and adjust machine parameters as required.
- Perform bending operations according to production requirements.
- Inspect finished components using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers and measuring tapes.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and maintain product quality standards.
- Identify machine issues and report breakdowns to the supervisor.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean working area.
- Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical qualification is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operating CNC bending machines.
- Knowledge of sheet metal bending operations and machine setup.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand measurements.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments and quality inspection.
- Basic knowledge of machine safety and preventive maintenance.
Experience: Minimum 2 Years Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
