We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager with a strong background in IT sales and outbound sales. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in acquiring recent clients, generating business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and acquire new business opportunities in the IT sector.
- Drive outbound sales activities through cold calling, email outreach, and client prospecting.
- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into business clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT products and services.
- Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
- Monitor market trends,
competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Maintain sales pipelines, prepare reports, and provide regular business updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Development, preferably in IT sales.
- Mandatory experience in outbound sales and client acquisition.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and lead generation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Preferred Candidate Candidates with hands-on experience in IT services sales, SaaS sales, software solutions, or technology consulting sales will be preferred.
Work Location: Kochi or Calicut, Kerala.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
