We are looking for a result-oriented closing manager with robust experience in residential real estate sales, customer negotiations, and deal closures. The candidate will be responsible for converting qualified leads into bookings, handling high-value negotiations, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring a smooth booking process.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle qualified leads and convert prospective customers into successful property bookings.
- Conduct customer meetings, follow-ups, negotiations, and final deal closures.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential properties.
- Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and commercial terms within approved company guidelines.
- Coordinate with the sales team to identify high-potential leads and prioritize closure opportunities.
- Follow up with prospective buyers after site visits to resolve queries and address objections.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and brokers to maximize conversions.
- Coordinate with the CRM, accounts, and documentation teams to facilitate bookings and payment processes.
- Ensure timely completion of booking forms, KYC documents, payment confirmations, and other required formalities.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of negotiations, follow-ups, booking status, and lost leads.
- Track closure ratios, pending negotiations, and booking performance against targets.




- Provide regular reports on closures, sales pipeline, and customer feedback to senior management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in residential projects.
- Proven experience in handling customer negotiations and closing property deals.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
- Good understanding of real estate pricing, payment schedules, and booking procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple prospects and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of the Navi Mumbai real estate market will be an added advantage.
