Nightingales Medical Trust (NMT), a leading non-profit organisation based in Bengaluru, is seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Psycholgoist (Dementia Care) to lead its flagship dementia care facility, Nightingales Centre for Ageing & Alzheimer’s (NCAA).

About NCAA

Established in 2010, NCAA is a 95-bed residential dementia care centre providing person-centred care to elders across all stages of dementia. Our multidisciplinary team combines clinical expertise with empathy and respect, making a tangible difference in the lives of elders and their families.

Job Summary

We are seeking a leader who combines clinical expertise with management skills to oversee the operations of NCAA. The ideal candidate should be passionate about delivering high-quality care and committed to making a difference in the lives of elders with dementia and their families.

Eligibility

- Postgraduate qualification in Clinical Psychology or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion and commitment to elder and dementia care

Key Responsibilities

- Overall management and operations of the centre
- Running the Memory Clinic and developing individualised care plans




- Ensuring high-quality care delivery and optimum occupancy
- Leading daily programs of resident activities and promoting a multidisciplinary approach to care
- Documentation and compliance with regulations
- Supervising caregivers and support staff
- Coordinating with the medical team and families of the residents
