The Opportunity
We are looking to partner with experienced Therapists / Psychologists interested in working at the intersection of mental health, relationships, and sexual wellness.
- Remuneration: ₹20,000–₹30,000/month, linked to session volume
- Mode: On-site, Part-time
What You'll Do
- Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions.
- Work with concerns including psychiatric conditions, sexual wellness, anxiety, depression, relationships, and life transitions.
- Build a long-term patient base through Allo.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists and other clinicians as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Who We're Looking For
- 3+ years of clinical experience after completing your Master's — mandatory.
- Master's/MPhil in Clinical Psychology or Master's in Counselling Psychology. - Prior offline/in-person therapy experience.
- Comfortable communicating in Kannada.
- Ability to commit 12 hours per week across offline and online sessions.
- Mental health and couples/relationship counselling experience preferred.
- Exposure to sexual wellness/sex therapy is an added advantage.
