About Mikado

Mikado is a creative design and technology agency delivering branding, digital design, website and app development solutions for clients across industries.

We are looking for an experienced Client Servicing / Account Manager who can bridge the gap between clients, sales, strategy, and our creative and development teams.

The ideal candidate should understand both creative design and technical development, communicate confidently with clients, and turn business requirements into well-defined project scopes and successful business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Handle client communication, requirement gathering, account management, and project coordination.
- Participate in discovery calls and technical scoping discussions with the sales team for new enquiries.
- Translate client requirements into explicit project scopes for design and development teams.
- Prepare proposals, cost estimates, and presentations based on client requirements and budgets.
- Collaborate with creative and technical teams to develop practical, effective solutions.
- Present and justify proposed solutions by explaining their creative value, technical feasibility, technology choices, and business benefits.
- Support the sales team in converting qualified leads into confirmed projects.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to existing clients.




- Coordinate the complete project journey, from initial enquiry and proposal to conversion and execution.
- Ensure clear communication and alignment between clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, client relationship management, or consultative sales.
- Prior experience working in a creative, branding, digital, or web/app development agency is essential.
- A good understanding of design and development workflows, including the ability to discuss project requirements and technical feasibility.
- Experience preparing proposals, project scopes, presentations, and cost estimates independently.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A consultative approach to understanding client challenges and recommending the right solutions.
- Confidence in leading client discussions alongside designers and developers.
- The ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on client satisfaction, business growth, and successful project delivery.

Compensation & Joining
- Monthly Salary: Up to ₹40,000, based on experience and suitability.
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.
- Work Location: Mikado Digital Design, Bangalore.
