Role: Client Servicing & Sales Associate

Salary: ₹4.8–5.4 LPA + Target-Linked Bonus

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Experience: 2 yrs to 7 yrs only

Role Overview: Manage front desk operations, assist clients with class check-ins and membership packages, deliver exceptional customer service, handle client queries, and contribute to studio sales targets.

The Client

Servicing and Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves managing client relationships, understanding hiring and business requirements, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver effective recruitment and talent solutions. The associate will handle client inquiries, support end-to-end servicing, prepare proposals, and follow up on leads to drive sales and revenue growth. Daily responsibilities include maintaining client databases, tracking service performance, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services. The role also requires regular reporting on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends to support continuous improvement.

Interview Process:

1. Level 1:



Online assessment consisting of 10 MCQs via email.
2. Level 2: In-person interview with the Reporting Manager in Bengaluru.
3. Level 3: Virtual interview with the Head of Sales & Customer Service.

Qualifications:

- Candidates should possess solid Client Services and Customer Service skills to manage relationships and address client needs effectively.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact with clients and internal stakeholders clearly and professionally.
- Candidates should possess Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on responsiveness, follow-through.
- Candidates should possess basic Finance understanding to discuss pricing, proposals, and commercial terms confidently.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in recruitment, staffing, or B2B sales is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving client requirements.
