Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients.

- Maintain skilled and timely communication with clients.

- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

- Ensure customer satisfaction and engagement.

Commercial Coordination

- Prepare quotations and commercial proposals.

- Coordinate invoice generation with internal teams.

- Follow up on payments and outstanding invoices.

- Coordinate payment reminders.

Renewal Management

Manage renewals for:

- Domain registrations

- Hosting services

- AMC agreements

- Subscription services

- Annual support contracts

Responsibilities include

- Sending renewal reminders via email.

- Tracking renewal schedules.

- Following up until completion.

Internal Communication Coordination

- Monitor communication between BA and Developers.





- Identify communication gaps proactively.

- Escalate risks and blockers to Project Managers.

- Ensure smooth information flow between teams.

Project Coordination Support

- Track project action items.

- Follow up on pending deliverables.

- Coordinate internal meetings where required.

- Maintain communication logs.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain and update:

- Customer database

- Quotation tracker

- Invoice tracker

- Payment tracker

- Renewal tracker

- Communication logs

- Follow-up reports

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
