Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Client Relationship Manager role for Freshers based in Netaji Subhash Place.

The Client Relationship

Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end client interactions, from initial consultation through visa application submission and follow-up. Daily tasks include understanding client needs, explaining relevant immigration pathways, coordinating documentation, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems. The role involves resolving client queries, providing status updates, and liaising with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality service.

Manager will also support sales and retention activities by building long-term client relationships, maintaining a professional and empathetic communication style, and contributing to process improvements that enhance client experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong client service and relationship management skills, including the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, such as explicit verbal and written communication, active listening, and the ability to explain complex visa requirements in simple terms.
- Candidates should possess organizational and coordination skills, including time management, attention to detail, and experience handling multiple client cases simultaneously.
- Candidates should possess basic sales and negotiation skills to support client onboarding, address concerns, and contribute to client retention and referrals.
- Relevant experience in immigration consulting, is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in business, communications, or related fields, is an advantage.
- The ability to work on-site in NSP, collaborate with diverse teams, and maintain a client-centric mindset is essential.
