Your role will be as the primary bridge between the company and its B2B clients, distributors, PCD (Propaganda Cum Distribution) franchise partners, or contract manufacturing customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for handling daily inquiries, order updates, and service requests.
- Order Processing & Tracking: Coordinate customer purchase orders, verify documentation, and track production and dispatch schedules with the internal factory and logistics teams.
- Regulatory & Compliance Support: Assist clients with third-party manufacturing agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), product registration papers, and batch documentation.
- Complaint & Issue Resolution: Address grievances regarding product quality, delivery delays, or billing issues by coordinating directly with Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) and production departments
Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
