Badiya Brand is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to handle client requirements, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with relevant teams.
- Follow up on project progress and timely delivery.
- Collect client feedback and resolve queries.
- Maintain client relationships and support client retention.
- Identify referral opportunities and potential business leads.
- Attend client meetings and field visits when required.
Requirements:
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Solid relationship-building and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic understanding of sales and client handling.
- Experience in client servicing or digital marketing is preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
