We are looking for a professional with solid client communication and exception-handling skills to support Workspend operations for a client. The role involves managing email communications and resolving queries from client stakeholders, including Group Heads and their Direct Reports (DRs).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client queries and email communications professionally and promptly.
- Handle exceptions, escalations, and non-standard requests effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Prioritize requests based on urgency and business impact.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and maintain high standards of accuracy and service quality.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in client stakeholder management and exception handling.
- Strong problem-solving, prioritization,
and follow-up skills.
- Ability to interact confidently and professionally with senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Outlook and Excel.
