Job Summary: We are hiring an experienced Claims Specialist with 3–7 years of experience in US Logistics/Transportation to manage and resolve freight claims and coordinate with carriers, customers, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

- Manage freight claims for damaged, lost, or missing shipments.
- Investigate claims and verify supporting documents.
- Coordinate with carriers, customers, shippers, and insurance companies.
- Review BOLs, PODs, invoices, photographs, and other documents.
- Follow up on pending claims and ensure timely closure.
- Maintain claim records and prepare reports.
- Handle claim-related communication and negotiations.

Requirements:

- 3–7 years of relevant experience in US Logistics Claims.
- Positive knowledge of freight claims and transportation processes.
- Strong English communication and negotiation skills.
- Good follow-up and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/TMS.
- Willing to work in a night shift.
