1. Job Summary The Civil Supervisor will be responsible for supervising day-to-day civil construction and maintenance activities, ensuring work quality, site safety, labour productivity, and project specifications.

2. Key Responsibilities

· Supervise daily civil construction, repair, and maintenance activities at the site.

· Monitor masonry, concreting, plastering, flooring, shuttering, reinforcement, and other civil works.

· Read and interpret civil drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.

· Coordinate with civil engineers, contractors, vendors, and site workers.

· Allocate manpower and monitor labour attendance and productivity.

· Monitor daily work progress and prepare site progress reports.

· Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.

· Identify site issues and report delays or technical problems to the reporting manager.

· Maintain site registers, measurements, and daily work records.





· Coordinate preventive maintenance and civil repair work when required.

3. Qualification

· Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering / Civil Trade preferred.

· Relevant practical site experience may be considered as per company policy.

4. Skills Required

· Knowledge of civil construction methods and materials.

· Ability to read civil drawings and understand measurements.

· Manpower and contractor management.

· Site planning and progress reporting.

· Quality control and safety awareness.

· Basic MS Excel and documentation skills.

· Valuable communication and problem-solving abilities.

6. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

· Completion of assigned work within the approved timeline.

· Quality of civil work and reduction in rework.

· Effective utilization of manpower and materials.

· Compliance with site safety requirements.

· Accuracy and timely submission of daily progress reports.

· Timely completion of civil maintenance and repair activities.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
